How to place an order?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the form. Write any doubt or comment that you wish in the section, observations and press SEND.
  2. In less than 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email for your order, and, a Pro Forma Invoice with the instructions to finalize your purchase depending on the payment method selected.
  3. When you receive the Proforma Invoice, all you have to do is make the payment. You will receive your order at the indicated address.

PURCHASING CONDITIONS


1 - PRICE AND CURRENCIES

All the prices that appear in the web have the Tax on the Added Value (IVA) included.
All prices are in euros. Please note that changing the country of delivery may affect the price due to an exchange in the currency or a country- specific price.
If your local currency is different from the Euro, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable on the day of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate. The exchange rate applied by your bank is beyond our control.
Shipping costs:
Some products may have shipping costs depending on the destination, both inside and outside the peninsula. In the event that there are shipping costs, these will appear specified in the Pro Forma Invoice that you will receive by email, to complete the purchase.
Change of prices
The prices of the products are those that appear on the website. Prices may change from time to time, but these changes will not affect any order that has already been confirmed with the sending of the Proforma Invoice of the order.

2 - MÉTODOS DE PAGO, PAGO SEGURO

The methods of payment that we accept are the following:
- Bank transfer
- Credit Card
In the event that you make payment by any other method we will not be liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result from this action.

Bank transfer:
After placing your order, in less than 24 hours you will receive by email the confirmation of your order and a Pro Forma Invoice with all the detailed instructions to make the payment and finalize the order.a Pro Forma Invoice with the account number and all the detailed instructions to make the transfer and finalize the order.
Transfer only the exact amount specified in the Pro Forma Invoice that you will receive by email for order confirmation and make only one transfer per order, indicating the reference number of the Pro Forma Invoice when making the transfer.
In case of paying by bank transfer, we will process the shipment once we have received your payment in our account. In the event that 15 days elapse after sending the Pro Forma Invoice without receiving payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Credit Card:
After placing your order, in less than 24 hours you will receive by email the confirmation of your order and a Pro Forma Invoice with all the detailed instructions to make the payment and finalize the order.
In case of payment with the system will contact the bank that has issued it for the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. If the card is rejected, we will notify you in writing so that we can proceed to another form of payment. If this is not possible, the order will be cancelled.

For your information, we list the frequent causes in case your card is rejected:
- The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- Card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank.
- Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that all required fields have been completed correctly.

Keep in mind that with card payment, it is the financial institution that makes the payment from its own platform, so in the event of any error, you should contact them directly.

3 - SHIPMENTS, DELIVERY, RETURNS

If you are from Malaga you can pick up your order in our store, at the following address:

We work with different transport companies in order to select the best according to the place of delivery.
Some products may have shipping costs depending on the destination, both inside and outside the peninsula. In the event that there are shipping costs, these will appear specified in the Pro Forma Invoice that you will receive by email, to complete the purchase.
We can only deliver an order sent to an address within the European Union.
Inspection of the order at the time of delivery.
Check if there is damage to the package at the time of receiving the order and DO NOT accept the shipment if you see that the products are damaged.

Cancellation of your order before delivery.
You can cancel any order for products at no cost and without having to give any reason, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service center at info@ebikemalaga.es. Our customer service agents will request the cancellation of your order from our warehouse. If they are able to do so, they will send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible because the product is on its way, the product or products will be sent to you and you may return them in accordance with the procedure set out below.

Return of orders after delivery - Defective products
If you receive a defective product or if you do not confirm your order, you have the right to return it within 15 days of receiving the defective order, provided that the product has not been unpacked or tampered with and retains its original seals.
This does not affect your legal rights. If your claim is justified, you will be refunded the purchase price.

4 - GUARANTEE

s a general rule all the products have 2 years of Guarantee, in some cases the guarantee can be different (greater or smaller). If the warranty is different from 2 years will be specified in the shipping documentation of the product.
The date of purchase of the product shown on the final invoice will always be taken as the start of the guarantee. Any defect in materials and/or derived from the manufacturing process of the device is covered by our warranty.
In accordance with the Law of Guarantees we commit ourselves to the replacement of the same one, or to the delivery of the repaired product, or in a maximum time of 30 working days from the entrance of the damaged product in our facilities. If there is a delay in the service due to force majeure, EBIKE MALAGA disclaims any liability.
It will be obligatory to present the original Invoice to make effective this guarantee.

Disclaimer of Warranty.

The warranty will be void in the following cases:
- When there are obvious signs of manipulation in the original invoice data.
- When the malfunction is due to incorrect use.
- When the article shows clear signs of a use that surpasses the dimensions of the same one, as well as an evident mistreatment as blows, or any other anomaly attributable to the consumer.
- When the product has been disassembled, modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- When, as a result of normal use, any of its parts show wear and tear due to its use.

5 - VERIFICATION OF THE DATA AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER.

We carry out checks on the data before processing the orders, such as checking their address, solvency, etc. in order to prevent possible fraud.

Fulfillment of all orders will be subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order, inter alia, in certain circumstances in which we are exempt from any liability for damages.

1. Lack of availability of the product.
2. The billing information is incorrect or unverifiable.
3. If our security system detects that your order is unusual susceptible to fraud
4. If the price offered is obviously wrong.
5. If delivery to the address provided is not possible
6. In the event of obvious misprints in the information on the website whether relating to spelling, pricing or otherwise
